EPF Claim Forms

Employees can send an SMS to check the status of their claim. The employee must connect their phone to the UAN site and send the SMS from that phone number. The SMS must be in the format “EPFOHOUAN LAN” and sent to 7738299899. The ‘LAN’ in the format refers to the language in which the employee would prefer to receive the information.

PF Claim Status through UMANG App
Employees can also use the Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance (UMANG) app to check various facts about their PF, such as the balance available, claim status, and so on. The UMANG app, which is accessible on both iOS and Android devices, must be downloaded. The following is a step-by-step guide to using the UMANG App to track your PF claim:
- From the Play Store or App Store, download and Install UMANG App. After then, log in to your EPFO account and choose between two options: ‘MPIN’ or ‘Login with OTP.’ Choose your desired choice after entering your phone number.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number if you select ‘Login with OTP.’ To log in to your account, type it in the box given.
- Click ‘Login’ after you’ve input your OTP.
