This includes both existing and new customers who use UPI applications to do business. Google Pay, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, and Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM), among others, are popular UPI-based mobile applications. The most typical uses of UPI are sending and receiving money instantaneously, as well as paying utility bills. Consumers have had troubles with these transactions at times, and there have been several complaints. Each UPI mobile application has its own mechanism for reporting transaction-related issues.
Let’s have a look at how BHIM users can lodge problems online. The National Payment Corporation of India created the application (NPCI).
UPI Online Complaint Registration In BHIM Mobile App
Your transaction history can be found in the BHIM UPI app under the ‘raise a complaint’ option. You must first select the transaction for which you would like to file a complaint. Then, on the screen, you’ll see two options: raise concern and call the bank.
If you have a problem with the transaction, click the ‘Raise concern’ button. Then, on the online complaint form, describe the problem and submit it.
If you want to speak with the BHIM application’s customer care to file a complaint, use the second option, ‘Call Bank.’ It will connect you to BHIM customer service at 1800-120-1740, which is a toll-free number. To file a complaint, you can call the UPI customer service helpline directly.
What is the BHIM UPI ‘Get in Touch’ Service?
‘Get in Touch’ is a customer service tool that allows users to report issues with BHIM UPI. Login, registration, transaction, cashback, PIN, bank account, and other difficulties can all be noted.
UPI Online Complaint Registration using ‘Get in Touch’ service
Follow the procedures to file a complaint on the BHIM UPI app if you have a problem with any of the above-mentioned services.
Step 1: Open the BHIM UPI app or go to the website and go to the “Get in Touch” page. There are three sections here: complaint, query, and feedback.
Step 2: To register a complaint, go to the complaint section and select the type of complaint (transaction/ cash back/ login, etc.).
Step 3: Each complaint contains numerous fields to fill out, including the type of problem, your virtual payment address (VPA), the date of the transaction, your email ID, your registered mobile number, and a remark box to quickly describe your problem.
You must solve the captcha and submit the online complaint form after filling out the mandatory fields. The customer care team of BHIM UPI will provide you with a response to your complaint to your registered email address.
Where Should I File a Complaint if I have a Problem?
Some of you may be using your bank’s mobile app instead of BHIM to conduct UPI transactions. In that scenario, you should contact your bank’s customer service team instead of BHIM customer service for any complaints or transactional concerns. If you make a transaction using the BHIM SBI Pay mobile application, for example, you must file a complaint with SBI’s customer service.
